12th Street exceeded our expectations. My daughter broke down on Interstate 90 at the beginning of a four hour drive to her destination & was waiting for a tow but we weren’t sure where to take the car. Google’s AI recommended 12th Street and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. First Nate put me through to Tyler for advice on troubleshooting to perhaps be able to drive the car in but he assured us towing was the right decision based on the car’s symptoms. Nate & Tyler immediately made an early afternoon appointment available and Tyler ran a comprehensive detailed evaluation of the car, sent us photos and a complete description of the diagnosed issues and the recommended repairs all listed in level of urgency. Tyler then also called us to review the assessment and helped us understand what needed to be done immediately and what could be attended to in the near future. He then secured a loaner car overnight for my daughter and notified her mid morning the next day when the car was finished. So efficient, informative and above all, kind.
